Collectively, our leadership team possesses over 125 years of experience in several functions like Retail Banking, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Finance, IT, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Business Analytics etc. and have worked in geographies like Americas, EMEA, ASPAC, India. Our leadership team members have previously held senior management roles in blue-chip corporations like ICICI Group, Oracle, IBM and have delivered Analytical solutions to global tier-1 clients.

Devindra is a seasoned IT professional with over 22 years' cross-functional experience. Devindra has donned varied leadership roles in technology functions in India & overseas and was responsible for delivering technology products & services to diverse users - from combatants in armed forces through aborigines in sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America. One of his assignments also included delivering cutting-edge technology driven solutions to support environmental sustainability and social sustainability initiatives.

Devindra is currently co-owning several IT Services businesses and is a co-owner of a 'Corporate Advisory and Turnaround' business.

Devindra is an Engineer by background and has graduated from London Business School with M.Sc. (Sloan Fellowship) in General Management. He has also held professional certifications like Project Management Professional (PMP) of Project Management Institute, USA; CIISA; Information Security Lead Auditor and other IT Service Management certifications.

Around 20 years of global experience in Financial Services industry with focus around Enterprise Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence & Business Analytics.

Has led Enterprise Data Warehouse engagements globally, with focus around Consumer, Corporate and Investment Banking for tier-1 financial institutions and instrumental in setting up R&D and implementation teams at onsite & offshore. Significant experience in implementing Analytical Solutions across a wide range of technology platforms for local, regional and global requirements.

Data Warehousing / Business Intelligence Expert

Around 15 years of experience in the Industry, performing various roles - Solution Architect to Delivery Management.

In the last several years, has been associated with implementation of various Analytical Solutions for Pharmaceutical industry, with specific focus on the Sales Analytics, Marketing Analytics and Campaign Management areas. Was also exposed to Investment Banking and FICC-Equities area during initial few years.

Brings with him significant experience in client facing roles in the US & UK and has effectively managed offshore delivery teams for multiple large development and maintenance programs for marquee clients.

Over 20 years of experience, a result-focused and self-motivated Analytics Professional with a high degree of expertise in data management and risk management solutions.

Was instrumental in successfully launching the first ever Temenos DW module for Profitability Analysis. Has exposure in setting up analytics unit within enterprises and has extensively worked for global financial institutions across multiple geographies.
